WHIN is currently seeking a high performing School Operations Coordinator who is ready to help grow a unique school community where compassion, kindness, and curiosity drive each and every day.
Specifically, the Operations Specialist at WHIN is responsible for:
- responsible for maintaining complete student files for each child, serving as the coordinator of student health and medical information, and playing a critical role in the school's day to day operations
- Serves as first point of contact at the school’s entrance with students, staff, families, and visitors
- Support requests and questions that come in, and ensures that messages are provided in a timely manner to the appropriate recipient/s
- Supports in the execution of daily core systems
- Maintain a clean and organized office and lobby environment; maintain complete sets of commonly used forms for staff and families
- Support with arrival and dismissal procedures
- Coordinate and execute daily student attendance systems efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and characteristics:
- Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a “whatever it takes” disposition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Google Suite
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and move urgently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Highly motivated and capable of seeing projects through from beginning to end
- Ability to work autonomously as well as take direction as needed
- A cheerful and welcoming demeanor, customer service

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and Benefits: $60,000- $80,000 based on experience: WHIN Music Community Charter School offers a competitive salary and benefits, fun and professional working environment, as well as ongoing development opportunities.
