Position Summary | The HSC Center for Native American Health at the University of NewMexico is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with timemanagement and interpersonal skills who can work effectively and independentlyin a multi-task environment. The Operations Specialist will work with theadministrative and student development cores. The successful candidatewill possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and writtenand verbal communication skills. The individual will have a working knowledgeof or the ability to learn and use database applications, the web contentmanagement system, the administrative business system, and other systems orthat may be used within the University/Center. In addition, this individualwill assist with maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments,and the preparation of reports that will require researching and gatheringrequired information, as well as having advanced Microsoft Office and otherrelevant computer software application skills. This is a term position with a term end date of 6/30/2025. The term may be renewable based on funding. Note: The For Best Consideration Date has been extended to 10/14/2024. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
