Position: Operations Specialist

Full-Time: 40 hours

Location: Richmond, VA

Assignment: 12/30/2025– 12/29/2025 (possibility of extension or permanent placement)

Pay: $21.03 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Training will take place during day time hours, however the position is third shift (12:00 AM EST – 8:00AM EST)

Description:

Operations Specialist role will entail the review and manual repair of USD Wire Transfers in a non-call-based environment. A high-level attention to detail and pattern recognition is required to successfully implement a strict adherence to our processes and procedures. Will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems in the Global Payment Operations department. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of operational solutions in our non-call-based environment. May assist in documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new processes. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training.

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
