Operations Specialist-Senior Lead - Cayuse Shared Services

Overview:

Primary Focus

The Operations Specialist Senior/Lead will assist in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation and equipment while preparing manuals and outline regulations and establish procedures. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities:

• Must be capable of studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Must be able to prepare manuals, outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records and grant personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
• Experience in developing and administering industrial security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documentation, and equipment.
• Must be able to conduct security education classes.
• Must be experienced in investigating security violations and preparing reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5 Years of Experience
• Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Military Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Professional office environment
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
• Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
• Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.
• May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range:USD $115,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
