Position Info:

- Client: American Water.
- Duration: 6 Months.
- Location:167 JFK Pkwy, Short Hills, NJ 07078.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for routine operations.
- Use and maintain relational databases and reporting tools.
- Compile, calculate, track, report, analyze, and clean-up data for various recurring processes.
- Manage data related to asset control, capital programs, field projects, work orders, and regulatory compliance.
- Interact directly with customers and municipal officials, often in challenging circumstances.
- Maintain records with regulatory and financial implications.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
- Technical or utility experience is helpful but not required.
