We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our LA team. In this role you will serve as the front line contact to our drivers and ensure operational excellence everyday. This position will play a key role in the Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Market Operations. What you'll do:
- Be the front line contact to our driver base. You will become a knowledge expert in helping our W2 drivers solve any issues that come up.
- You will be an important resource to help guide our drivers through the on-boarding process.
- Assist the management team to exceed goal expectations by managing day to day operations, monitoring KPI's/Metrics, and ensuring daily targets are met.
- Build project management skills by working on market specific projects.
- Hire, train, and lead the driver team and operational staff (Leads, Trainers, & Service Agents).
- Work cross functionally with Ops Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources.
- Help drive operations initiatives and contribute your knowledge of any local market nuances.
- Collect on-the-ground feedback and raise opportunities to drive continuous innovation.
- Represent the Alto brand and ensure safety, cleanliness, and consistency are maintained every step of the way.
- You will have a pulse on everything going on at the Ops Center. Every day your job may look a little different!
What you'll bring to the table
- 1-3 years of experience; experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Patience, problem identification and solving, de escalation, teamwork, and self governance should come easy to you.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership or coaching role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
- Builder mentality / product-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about your work.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work on-site at Ops Center is required.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
