Martin’s Restaurants is a growing company that has been in business in the metro Atlanta area for over 60 years. We are made up of 20 quick serve restaurants located across nine metro Atlanta counties, serving breakfast and lunch, and close each day at 3pm. As Martin’s continues to grow, we have an opening for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is responsible to oversee the operations of a group of restaurants. They must provide operational support and expertise, ensure adequate management staffing, and provide direction regarding sales and cost controls.
Specific responsibilities include:

As Martin’s continues to grow, we have an opening for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is responsible to oversee the operations of a group of restaurants. They must provide operational support and expertise, ensure adequate management staffing, and provide direction regarding sales and cost controls.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Teaching, training and development of both management and hourly staff.
- Develop business plans to improve sales and cost management.
- Ensuring quality products and quality service.
- Solving operational problems.
- Ensuring proper and timely documentation and reports.
- Adherence to policies and procedures.
- Be involved in terminations.
- Follow restaurant security procedures.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Attend restaurant and corporate meetings.
- Deliver/pickup paperwork, distribute pertinent information.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with a diverse base of customers, managers, team members, and office staff.
- Ability to work in all positions in the restaurant.
- Ability to assess and understand the dynamics of a properly run shift.
- Ability to coach and guide management staff to achieve the highest level of performance.
- Prefer college degree but equivalent experience and success may be substituted for degree.
Experience
- Experience as a multi-unit supervisor.
- History of dependability, longevity, and skills supervising managers, and working within a corporate structure.
