Job Summary

You will be responsible for performing various duties relating to answering phone calls, placing orders and assisting with other essential duties. You have exceptional communication skills, a high level of motivation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable to change, and are extremely driven.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, courteous, professional, and timely telephone support.
• Professionally greet and direct clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepares correspondence, filing, copying as needed.
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, printed material, and fax documents.
• Shipping and receiving FedEx & UPS
• Endorse, ship and track collaterals daily.
• Tracking final title policies and recorded deeds
• Maintain our aged trailing documents reports.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Mortgage, Title, or Escrow experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to operate office equipment, copiers, facsimiles, postage machine.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Effective time-management abilities
• Can meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Must understand that flexibility is key in an ever-changing industry
• Attention to detail.
• Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold the ResiCentral service standards and exercise good judgment.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
