Job Summary: The Retirement Plan Consultant will serve as a key resource in providing dedicated service and operational support to financial professionals. This role is essential in ensuring compliance, documentation, and technology solutions related to retirement plans. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experts to enhance service offerings, create educational resources, and deliver exceptional customer support.

Client Support & Service:
- Provide dedicated service and operational support through phone, email, and online meetings to financial professionals regarding retirement plan compliance, documentation, technology, and current regulatory policies.
- Deliver "best-in-class" customer service related to retirement plans and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from management, company associates, and financial professionals.
- Troubleshoot paperwork and technology systems to assist financial professionals with operational issues with kindness, courtesy, and confidence.
Collaboration & Training:
- Work with a team of retirement plan-focused professionals to assist in education, training, resource creation, and various projects aimed at encouraging financial professionals to build strong, consistent processes and enhance retirement plan services.
- Provide one-on-one and group training on retirement plan technology for internal and external customers.
- Recognize opportunities to modify paperwork or processes internally and collaborate with the team to implement necessary changes.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Identify and complete compliance projects to ensure adherence to ERISA rules and other relevant regulatory policies.
- Maintain and enhance working knowledge of key industry topics and overall familiarity with relevant resources relating to departmental offerings, regulatory updates, and compliance policies.
- Create training materials and educational content to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training
Certificates & Licenses:Compensation: $50,000-$60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
