The Maps Global Collections team is currently seeking a versatile individual (1) for the role of Operations Support Specialist based onsite in Austin, who will play a pivotal part in supporting the Client's data collection systems. This position requires the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with systems are essential.

- Comfortable with productivity software such as Numbers, Quip, Box.
- Experience running diagnostics, firmware updates, to resolve hardware/software issues a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MacOS and iOS
- Basic knowledge of AppleScript, Automator and Python a plus
- 1-2year technical support or other problem-solving experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities:

Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues, resolving them promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
Triage arising issues in the field, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact on operations.
Gather and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improving resource allocation and operational efficiency.
Utilize hands-on experience to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functionality across all operational systems.
