Responsibilities
- Complete quality assurance reviews at each Griffis Residential community a minimum of once per year and present data and findings to the Operation Managers and Senior Vice President of Property Operations for review.
- Resolve customer concerns escalated to the corporate level in conjunction with the Community Managers and Operations Managers and prepare monthly reports.
- Review Reasonable Accommodation and Modification requests and submit completed requests to Operations Managers.
- Assist in the coordination of and execution of acquisition and disposition transactions.
- Research projects, perform analysis and prepare reports requested by management.
- Review Onesite screening override requests per the Applicant Screening Criteria.
- Support on-site teams with payment questions and refund requests.
- Troubleshoot Onesite issues occurring on-site, elevating issues to Real Page that cannot be resolved in house.
- Coordinate portfolio initiatives and cost-savings measures.
- Maintain vendor relationships, review contracts and service agreements, and oversee organization of current and previous contracts and agreements.
- Assist in implementation of operation initiatives, company standards and online manual updates and additions.
- Assist with ongoing review and revision of forms and lease documents.
- Create and configure OneSite, Yieldstar, Ops Technology, and Control access for new and transferring employees.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Managers, Senior Vice President of Property Operations, or other Executive Officers.
- Supports a team of Operations Managers, Senior Vice President of Property Operations and the Chief Operating Officer with project management, onsite support, training, task completion and follow up.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Requires excellent knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Publisher.
- Ability to establish priorities, manages time effectively, work and proceed with objectives and projects independently.
- Onesite experience preferred
- Ability to comprehend legal documents and carry out related contracts and service agreements under the direction of the Operations Manager, Senior Vice President of Property Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- A minimum of one (1) to three (3) year's multi-family or hospitality management experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree, CM or ARM certification preferred.
