About the Job
JOB SUMMARY The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the operations and training team, and additionally, be a source of support for all CityVet clinics. It is the responsibility of the Operations Support Specialist to provide direct center support for DeNovo launch and pricing strategy, field support staff hiring, incoming ticket management and on-boarding support for new Practice Managers and DVMs. As the key areas of responsibility grow and change, some of the key areas of support will update and adjust accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or GED · Computer proficiency · At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience preferred · Lift 50 lbs to waist height · Frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, carrying, and reaching · At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
