Cisco is Hiring an Operations System Analyst !
Location : Open to fully remote candidates; however, proximity to a Cisco office (San Jose or San Francisco) is preferred.
Role : Operations System Analyst (Focus: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations)
Contract: 1Year
Pay Rate: $75.00 per Hour
Job Responsibilities :
+ Analyze and map existing processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement within ERP systems.
+ Serve as a super user for systems and tools to test and validate configurations, ensuring issues are identified and resolved.
+ Troubleshoot and address issues during ERP implementation processes.
+ Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.
+ Develop and track key performance metrics to measure and support process improvements.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of operational challenges.
+ Assess performance relative to process requirements and align improvements to close performance gaps.
+ Conduct presentations and training sessions covering measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
+ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP system implementations.
+ Stay current with ERP technology advancements and industry trends.
+ Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines.
+ Operate as an individual contributor.
Minimum Requirements : (“Must-have” qualifications)
+ 5+ years of professional experience in ERP implementation, analytics, business operations, operations, finance, or supply chain.
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or Finance; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
+ Practical experience with complex ERP or other enterprise management systems.
+ Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, chart creation, lookups) and experience with databases.
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, data-driven approach, and effective presentation skills.
+ Proven ability to make timely and informed decisions and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
+ In-depth understanding of demand management functions
Preferred Skills : Experience with SQL is advantageous.
Pay Details: $75.00 per hour
