Shift: 1st, (6:30am-5pm)
Pay: $18/hr
We are seeking a reliable Operator to join our team. This role involves operating mixing machines and managing the movement of raw materials within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate mixing machines for batch mixing of materials.
- Regularly operate a forklift to move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations.
- Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and any production issues.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and general clean-up in maintenance, production, warehouse, and plant parking areas.
- Ensure all materials are returned to proper containers or disposed of as directed.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Basic understanding of general manufacturing safety practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 10+ hours daily.
- Ability to climb stairs.
