We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality protocols.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing management and internal/external customers.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize safety devices.
- Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records for traveler and quality documents.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Proficient in electronic data collection systems and computer software.
- Ability to prioritize work and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
- Handle and maneuver small components.
- Work in a cleanroom environment.
- Adhere to strict dress code policies.
- May require standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to handle small components.
- Vision requirements: clear vision, with or without corrective lenses.
