Responsibilities

• Implementa los sistemas de generación de leads de PLACE semanalmente.
• Organiza y realiza dos jornadas de puertas abiertas cada mes.
• Convierte los esfuerzos de prospección y generación de leads en citas programadas.
• Participa en sesiones de práctica de guiones semanales siguiendo los estándares del equipo.
• Participa en actividades del equipo de acuerdo con los estándares del equipo.
• Comprométete con sesiones de coaching individuales semanales, entrenamientos y Llamada de Socios.
• Consulta con compradores, convierte leads en acuerdos de compradores firmados e identifica propiedades adecuadas.
• Prepara y negocia ofertas en nombre de tus compradores.
• Utiliza la Tecnología PLACE para rastrear actividades y gestionar la información de los clientes.
