Prime Air is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, data-driven and motivated experienced Operations Integration Specialist to drive scale and standardization at our expanding network. Operations Integration is a function responsible for the ideation and integration of operator tools, performance initiatives, & network scaling mechanisms of the Prime Air drone delivery network. The team is focused on providing solutions that positively impact daily execution and shape the forward looking vision of the network.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will be creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment. You will be the first hand resource for site leads, regional managers, product, engineering, and program teams. As a firsthand contact for sites regarding process improvements and benchmarking, you will work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing. Set up actions plans and execute them to drive current performance to benchmark rates. You will help sites in developing effective labor planning strategies, metrics, and supporting tooling.
Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop operational business requirements to enable innovation, support user acceptance testing, conduct pilots, and deploy new process, hardware, and software solutions across the network.
- Communicate network changes, programs and events that will impact future short, medium and long-term sort and delivery operations to various stakeholders.
- Define and drive adoption of standard work into the daily routines and habits of operations and support staff.
- Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within drove delivery sites with site leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure site management understands benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts.
- Compile and manage day-to-day requests from Operation stakeholders.
- Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs.
- Provide analysis and insights to senior leadership in order to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions in an increasing diversity of areas.
- Improve and optimize workflows for maintenance teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of project or program management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field of study, or equivalent experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- E-Commerce/ Retail experience including demand planning, supply planning, sourcing, buying, forecasting.
- Intermediate data analysis skills and an expert in using supporting tools e.g. MS Excel, SQL.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced/deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MSc or MEng (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent).
- Certified Black Belt or Green Belt.
- Advanced data analysis skills (e.g. SQL)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $126,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
