We are seeking 2 dedicated candidates to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Operations Assistant to join our team and help streamline our operations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with orders, modifications, and cancellations.
- Manage account inquiries and provide support in navigating the subscription management process.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hours:
M-F 830-5pm (Hybrid schedule after training)
