What you'll do:
GreenLake Cloud Platform is an internally developed innovative cloud-stack that powers HPE's Cloud Solutions. The GreenLake Cloud Platform is a unified operational experience that provides a simplified view and access to all cloud services, spanning the entire HPE portfolio, with single sign-on access, security, compliance, elasticity, and data protection. The Greenlake Cloud Platform is the foundation to a rich set of cloud services in networking, data services, high performance computing and compute operations management.
The Greenlake Cloud Platform team offers the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to contribute to architecting and building the platform and applications on a top distributed backend. Be part of a fast-paced development team and learn how to build solutions that make a difference.
What you'll do:
You will define the strategy, value proposition, and specifications for core IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities. These capabilities will power web-scale ITOM solutions that complement HPE GreenLake offerings for computing, storage, edge, high-performance computing, telecommunication, and other domains.
- Understand use cases and challenges enterprises face in managing IT Operations at scale.
- Set the strategy for key areas of the product.
- Define specifications for product capabilities that solve customers' use cases.
- Work with solutions marketing, development and QA, sales and pre-sales, and support teams to ensure proper investment and execution of strategy, that solutions are delivered to plan, the sales teams are enabled, and customers are satisfied.
- Conduct business-level validation and market testing of new offerings
- Support sales teams at key events and customer meetings.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at an IT Performance Management (IT Operations Management (ITOM), Network Performance Management, Infrastructure Performance Management, or Application Performance Management) software company.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Monitoring and Observability market spaces, including key competitors, trends, and market direction.
- Proven ability to develop a clear strategy and business rationale for solutions that enhance and expand our product reach into the enterprise.
- Ability to distill complex business and technical requirements into masterful, clear, concise use cases.
- Understands how to prioritize, make trade-offs, and release small increments of value to accelerate product time to market.
- Experience in agile development concepts and practices.
- Self-starter that requires minimal oversight yet demonstrates consistent involvement with flexibility and good follow-through skills.
- Enthusiastic about managing challenging projects across multiple teams and locations.
- Comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases.
- Embraces change and work well in a fluid environment.
- Ability to operate and communicate at all business levels.
- Expects, requires, and demonstrates continuous innovation.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to think big and to inspire passion in others.

Annual Salary: $128,000.00 - $295,000.00
