- Looking for technician who can use Hand Tools and have Troubleshooting capabilities and must be comfortable working in clean room environment.
- Building up systems side - experience w/ racks/ cable/ test/ software.
- Hands off testing: calibration. Hands on: Mechanical.
- Rack assembly for front end builds.
- Basic hand tools (screw drivers, wrenches, Torque wrenches, cutters, and Allen wrenches)
- DVM
- Cabling
- Car mechanic would be good, I have a few of them on my team now
- Past work experience that may assist them in performing this role.
Experience:
- Clean Room experience a must
- Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems
- May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing.
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
- 1-3 years optical/mechanical sub-assembly experience
- Ability to troubleshoot assemblies, resulting in failures during testing
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- BSEE or BSME or Equivalent Experience
