Application window is expected to close on 10/30/24Acacia designs intelligent transceivers using advanced signal processing and photonic integration for the 100G, 400G and 1T bit speed fiber optic transmission market deployed in data center, metro, long-haul and ultra-long haul telecommunication networks.What you'll do: You will design and run automated testing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs), assist development teams with design specifications and improve production yields
Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-yielding, high-throughput processes across Acacia/Cisco’s product line of optoelectronic components and modules.In addition, you will: Collaborate with RF, silicon photonics, DSP, and module design teams for new product introduction, debug, and bring-up of new PICs and modules.Develop test algorithms and calibration procedures.Define and execute design verification test plans.Be accountable for design verification documentation.Support PIC level failure analysis and troubleshooting.Who you'll work with: As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with our integrated silicon photonics, optical packaging, ASIC development and operations teams.Who you are:You are an expert in ASIC and PIC performance evaluation
You are knowledgeable in optical communications, including PAM4 and coherent optical communications

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target
Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
