Optometrist Needed in Phoenix, AZ – Join a Supportive, Patient-Focused Team!
We’re seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join a dynamic, collaborative practice serving patients in Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale, Arizona. Work alongside experienced professionals in a team that’s committed to delivering top-tier eye care using advanced diagnostic tools.
About the Role:
- Locations & Schedule:
- Phoenix, AZ (2 days/week)
- Glendale, AZ (2 days/week)
- Avondale, AZ (1 day/week)
- Patient Load: ~20 patients per day, with 20-minute appointment slots and a strong booking rate (70-90%)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Rate: $500/day, negotiable based on experience, with potential for performance-based production bonuses
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick time (AZ compliant)
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with 4% match, all beginning within the first month of employment
- Continuing Education: $1,000 annual CE allowance

Qualifications for Optometrist:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution
- Active in state license.
- Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail or medical office setting a plus but not mandatory.
