PRACTICE DETAILS

• Busy, established practice supported by ophthalmology outreach from Sanford Bemidji
• Clinic is located inside the Rainy Lake Medical Center
• Monday- Friday
• No call
• 1 day per week of outreach to Baudette
• EMR: EPIC with Kaleidescope module
• CPOA tech - does refractors and takes pressures
• 3 opticians and 2 receptionists
• Full retail/optical on site

Competitive compensation package includes: 

• Compensation floor of $166,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
• In addition, a $50,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
