The health care team may include doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health specialists, medical assistants, and other clinic staff members working together to help patients maintain the best possible health. They encourage and offer preventive care including annual exams, health screenings, and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Lab/EKG experience preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.
EMR System: EPIC knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Days, varies, no weekends; must be willing/able to travel between sites, prn
