Job Description:

Coordinate patient care in the operating room environment.

Act as a liaison between surgical teams, patients, and families.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.

Manage scheduling of surgical procedures and resources.

Assist in staff training and development.

Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in CT.

Experience in perioperative nursing preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
