About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Operating Room **Job Specialty:** Operating Room **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Day - 12x3 - 11 AM to 11 PM (36 hours per week) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years required **License:** Active RN License **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS **Must-Have:** Ability to meet the on-call and weekend requirements as specified **Job Description:** - Flexible 12-hour shifts, primarily from 11 AM to 11 PM. - On-call requirement of 8 hours per week, scheduled directly before or after staff shifts unless an off shift; typically in 4-hour blocks. - If called back in, a response time of 30 minutes is required. - Weekend on-call is not included in the 8-hour on-call requirement per week. - Weekend work could involve scheduled shifts, on-call duty, or a combination of both. - Expected to work and/or take call at least 2 out of 6 weekends in a 6-week schedule period. - Employment contract may include any requested time off (RTO) dates. - Attendance Point System is in place: Call Off equals 1 point, tardiness (any time after shift start time) also equals 1 point. Accumulating 3 points results in a first and final warning; any additional tardiness or call off may result in contract termination. - Report to the designated manager (position identifier provided upon recruitment). **Note:** This role has specific attendance and punctuality requirements that are strictly enforced.
