**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Surgery **Job Specialty:** Surgical Nursing **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day - 3x12-hour shifts, 11:00 AM - 11:45 PM (36 Hours per week) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Not specified **License:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) **Must-Have:** Ability to take call and perform heart and lung transplants. Scrubbing experience is a plus but not required. Willing to work during holidays if needed. **Job Description:** - Work in a dynamic and challenging surgical environment as part of a dedicated team. - Provide exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative process. - Assist in various types of surgical procedures with a focus on heart and lung transplants. - Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols. - Participate in on-call duties as required to support surgical operations. - Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced setting. - Continuously update knowledge and skills as per evolving healthcare standards. - Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in managing diverse patient needs.
