Job Description:
Looking for seasoned senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) resources to join UCOP’s ITS Oracle operations team to support systemwide cloud-based applications. Candidate must have hands-on application design, development experience along with the functional and operational aspects of EPM tools – specifically in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS). Demonstrable experience troubleshooting and supporting pre- and post-implementation activities along with end user documentation and user training are required.

Candidate must have hands-on application design, development experience along with the functional and operational aspects of EPM tools – specifically in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS). Demonstrable experience troubleshooting and supporting pre- and post-implementation activities along with end user documentation and user training are required.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years overall EPM product experience with at least 3 years hands-on implementation experience in any one of the Oracle EPM suites (FCCS, PBCS, EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services, ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services)
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management
- 5+ years of experience report generation using EPM tools such as Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView or Management Reports
- Ability to understand and translate financial and business requirements into technical requirements
- Configure, maintain, and optimize calculation rules, metadata hierarchies, mappings, and reports in Oracle EPM cloud environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can do proactive attitude
- Ability to navigate ambiguity & effectively engage with cross functional teams/business stakeholders
Optional
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certification (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS etc)
- working knowledge of integrations with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
