The work: + Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design. + Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle . + Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs . + Give clients options for designs using prototypes. + Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud. + Lead, coach , and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment ; understand and apply Oracle methodologies. + Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables. + Gain the trust of your client, teammates , and managers to make sure projects get delivered . + Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts . + Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs . Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. What You Need : + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub). + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project . + Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations . + G ood understanding of end-to-end Record to Report business processes . + Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification . + Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate d egree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
