About the Job
Position: Oracle Developer
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE
Must-have skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, oracle forms, transact SQL.
Requirements:
Programming/systems analysis experience (2-5 years);
Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports;
Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and \ or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL (preferred);
Experience in relational database design, data processing and data communications (preferred);
Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements (preferred);
Government experience;
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities :
Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Department's Contract Manager throughout the PO term;
Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;
Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively;
Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
