A leading tech company is seeking candidates for their open Oracle EBS Functional Analyst position. In this role you will provide support of technology solutions that are complex in nature and related to Oracle EBS (R12) Financials, both on prem and cloud. Position involves work on new projects and support of existing applications.

A Day in the Life
· Collaborating with business teams to comprehend their processes, needs, and requirements, and identify effective Oracle Financials solutions.
· Designing and configuring Oracle Applications to meet specific business requirements, customizing applications, workflows, and processes in alignment with client objectives.
· Executing planned configuration and customization, including module setup, security configuration, system integration, and data migration if needed.
· Conducting rigorous testing of solutions to ensure desired functionality and performance standards, encompassing unit and system integration testing.
· Training end-users and providing continuous support and maintenance services and business staff for proficient Oracle Applications usage, promoting user adoption, addressing issues, offering updates, and ensuring seamless operation.
· Collaborating closely with the implementation project team, adhering to timelines, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.
· Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, user training guides, and processes.
· Providing production support using service management tools for tracking, user communication, and service level management.
What You Bring
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Oracle Certification is a plus
· At least 8 years of experience with implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle applications and interfaces across the financials functional area. Additional experience with Web and Mobile apps is desired, not required.
· Able to demonstrate deep understanding of various financial flows and how to support them with Oracle software.
· Experience in a complex, geographically dispersed environment, supporting global projects.
· Proficient with experience with collaboration and project tracking software such as Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
