- Experience in Design, build new 13c OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager).
- Install and configure the OEM 13c OMS software and fully integrate with load balancer and repository database.
- Completion of OEM 13c configuration and setup with Spectrum and ServiceNow, and demonstration of proper alert detection, notification, and incident generation in ServiceNow.
- Experience in incident rules administration, reporting through OEM, target metrics administration, monitoring template administration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c including Management Agent setup, Oracle Management Console configuration, Dashboard setup, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience in the Design and Implementation of OEM 13c Monitoring Plans.
- Experience with OEM 13c infrastructure automation via shell scripting which includes automated deployment of the OEM 13.5 agent on target servers.
- Experience working in an Oracle environment with good experience with OEM Upgrades and Migration on Red Hat Linux.
- Experience in Testing High availability and DR failure scenarios for OEM setup.
