Job Title: Enterprise Performance Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, and business leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Analyze financial data and operational processes to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
• Implement Oracle EPM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM tools is a plus.
