Essential Responsibilities
- Define the program definitions for Oracle ERP Source To Pay platforms to derive value proposition and drive business outcomes.
- Drive different phases or sprints rollout across geographies by working with business stakeholders.
- Partner with global ops functional, digital IT development and operations team to define work breakdown structure and execution plans.
- Drive cohesive approach for continual product and service improvement.
- Work with Client business teams to disrupt & reimagine complex areas of work.
- Analyze business critical processes and potential areas of improvement/change.
- Cognizant of latest technology trends and applicability in source to pay area (i.e. chat bot, RPA/IPA, AI/Client)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as techno-functional expert on ERP platform (Oracle).
- Minimum 6 + years of experience in Source To Pay modules (iProc, Purchasing, Payables, GL) as subject matter expert.
- Minimum 5 + years of technical experience in interfaces, integrations, conversions, API technologies, platforms, third party applications.
- Minimum 5 + years of knowledge in software development lifecycle and methods, change control management, compliance and security regulations.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience of handling and executing large scale programs.
- Experience with Client's SSS (Shared Sourcing Services) ERP platform would be a plus.
