Job Title: Oracle Financials Project Accounting and Project Portfolio Management Lead
Job description : The Oracle Financials Project Accounting Lead with PPM will run multi-cultural and techno-functional teams in the design and implementation as well as support of the Oracle Project Portfolio Management of cloud ERP applications with the latest patch set above 24X. This role requires the ability to understand the key business and application process spans across projects to profit, resource management and staffing space, and will help resolve customer daily issues and reach to stabilizing the cloud SaaS and PaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues by improving the performance of Oracle Project Portfolio Management and integration with multiple applications
+ Work on change request, design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications spans across project portfolio management and cloud finance integrating with cloud GL, cloud AP, Cloud AR.
+ Responsible for management and stabilizing customers end to end resource staffing key processes, and end to end complex billing solutions and key processes.
+ Responsible for leading and stabilizing project management and key resource management processes.
+ Lead all incidents, change requests, testing, patching / regression.
+ Supervise configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
+ Lead scope by identifying and proposing change requests
+ Help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered during the engagement
+ Contribute to Capgemini’s Oracle communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.
Required Skills:
+ 6 – 9 years of experience leading and supporting multiple Oracle fusion project portfolio management applications.
+ Must have worked on at least 3-4 Support Oracle cloud PPM, Oracle Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects
+ Must have worked on at least 1 Oracle cloud PPM implementation project.
+ Primary Modules: Oracle Project Accounting modules – Cloud Projects Foundation/ Cloud Costing / Cloud Billing / Cloud Contracts / Cloud Resource Management / Cloud Project Management
+ Secondary Modules: Oracle finance – GL / AP / AR
+ Experience with project cost allocation, cost collection, revenue recording and profit and loss calculation
+ Strong Support and Consulting experience and business analytical skills
+ Ability work independently and manage multiple assignments
+ Mandatory Support and optionally 1 year Implementation in global environments or international experience
+ Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
+ Local to the VA/DC/MD area or willing to relocate.

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $97,700.00 to $203,800.00.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
