Oracle Func Compensation Lead - Kaygen Inc.

Job Title : Oracle Compensation Functional Lead
Location: San Francisco, Remote Role
Duration: 6-12 months
Middle of October start. W2 hourly, GC or USC

Job Description: Oracle Func SME with experience implementing Cloud HCM. Need multiple HR end to end projects with Oracle Cloud Compensation modules specifically. Candidate needs to be client facing, great comms, with a Big 4 mindset/experience.

-Standard end to end implementation of HCM cloud.
-Requirements user stories.
-Config testing.
-Coaching go live cutover support.
-Hybrid agile and industry experience helpful.

Client is implementing a full suite of Oracle HCM cloud, to include Core HR, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Absence. Prior healthcare or higher education projects would be preferred.
