Required Skills:
- Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module
- Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow.
- Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record.
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Nice to Have: Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
