Role: Oracle HRMS Technical Lead
Locatrion: Long Island City, NY (Day1 Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time- Visa free consultant only
Experience: 10+ Year
- Strong HR Domain Experience (from hire to retire i.e. talent acquisition, employee master, attendance system, payroll, employee benefits, appraisal system, etc.) Customer-oriented mindset along with continuous improvement initiatives and the ability to work independently.
- Experience and understanding of delivery in Agile (SCRUM).
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership of AMS & Enhancements operations delivery.
- Work with Team for Task planning, tracking, dependencies and risks identification & mitigation, action items tracking,
- Drive Operational Excellence by identifying Continues service improvements.
- Status reporting to stakeholders up to Executive levels, Negotiations, and escalation management.
- Work with Sales/Pre-Sales for strategic growth of the portfolio.
- Discussions with customer counterparts to understand the big picture & customer needs and priorities and work towards making customers successful.
- Strong experience in leading a globally distributed business team across the regions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and stakeholder management.
- Employ customer facing skills to represent HRMS well within the customer s environment and drive discussions with technical and business teams.
- As a key member of the team, ensure success in Designing, Developing, Implementing and Maintenance of IT solutions for Clients within an agile development lifecycle for Enhancements Requests, Bug fixes.
- Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises to create the solutions Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations and process improvement.
- Identify components of the application susceptible to service failure, performance, stability, & scalability issues.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
- Generates statistics and prepares reports for management and/or team members on the status of the project.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, ability to dive deep into customer requirements, navigate through ambiguity and undefined problems.
