Role Description: | ? Be able to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle ERP cloud HCM payroll solutions.? Understand Oracle offerings (including, but not limited to HCM and Payroll) across Cloud and develop thought capital to continuously evolve.? Solution opportunities to fit the requirements and needs of customers? Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to scope, solution, propose, close and delivery complex HCM cloud engagements. |

Essential Skills: | ? Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud HCM Payroll and the various Oracle products and services. ? Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements. ? Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business) ? Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation. ? Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll. ? Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience. ? Strong verbal and written executive communication skills |
Desirable Skills: | ? Experience with project management, solutioning and delivery. ? Skilled at project planning and management including advising on workshop facilitation, deliverables, application configuration, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practices. ? Bring exposure and familiarity with the complex ERP experience and deep competences in Oracle solutions, tools, and capabilities. |
