Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity throughout the system during different SDLC phases.
- Day to Day production support with the emphasis on data quality
- Determine the changes in physical data by studying project requirements or incident ticket; identifying data characteristics.
- Confirms project requirements by studying user requirements; conferring with other projects.
- Use standard methods in all stages including collection, analysis and reporting.
- Maintains data dictionary by revising and entering definitions.
- Guard and protect the organization's data, making sure that the data repositories produce consistent, reusable data.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pl/Sql and Oracle development.
- Minimum of 7 years or database performance tuning experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in oracle collections/Dynamic sqls
- Minimum of 5 years of strong experience of handling very large databases (In Terabytes)
- Should be able to write very complex sql queries to do proper audit of data and generate reports.
- Should be able to proficiently write oracle procedures/packages/functions etc
- Minimum of 5 years of production support experience (not limited to nightly batch support but also issue resolution/process improvement).
- Minimum of 5 years of direct client facing experience
- Should be proficient in developing various System Design/Process Flow documents/charts.
- Should be able to work directly with business and development team and examine existing business models and data flow
