About the Job
The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, Department of Dental Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic team focused on providing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery services to our patients.
The MetroHealth Medical Center is an outstanding academic medical center and an affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. The department includes several clinic locations and the county jail. Opportunities exist to render care in the hospital OR's and sedation clinic. As an academic institution we provide you with the ability to teach, precept with residents, students, and opportunities to provide leadership within the division with dedicated administrative time. The department includes numerous areas of specialty care and is equipped with the latest in dental technology. We provide an excellent, while challenging, environment for faculty members to develop strong clinical, research, patient experience, and quality improvement programs.

D.M.D. or D.D.S from a school accredited by The Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and eligibility for an OH license is required with a preference for a dual degree with an M.D. Completion of a CODA accredited residency program is desired, but not required.
