Order Fulfillment Specialist - Intech

Job Overview:

Intech Anchoring Systems is the leading geostructural material supplier in the Midwest. The order fulfillment specialist is responsible for verifying all inbound orders and initiating the internal order fulfilment process.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and convert all inbound orders to a sales order/pick ticket.
• Communicate order priority levels with warehouse staff and notify shipping once orders are ready to be shipped to our customers.
• Assist sales team by procuring quotes, timelines, and other information related to products or services being quoted.
• Cross train in office administration, logistics, and inventory management to relieve excess workload during busy periods or co-worker absences.
• Other responsibilities as needed to support the overall operations of the business.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in written form.
• QuickBooks experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products strongly desired.
• Willingness to get the job done and take responsibility.
• Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic are key character traits.
