Summary - basic function of the role
Partnering with the Regional Business, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive the order processing of Enerpac to world class. The primary objective of this role is to support distribution by performing the job duty of order fulfillment operations, ensuring offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7 - 3:30 pm or 8:00 - 4:30 pm; flexible
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Global and Regional Business Unit & finance and their operational teams to ensure excellence in process and standards for efficient and effective order fulfilment operations.
- Communicate with Customer Service, Master Planner, Planning and Logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
- Provide data analysis and systems support to ensure readiness of orders fulfillment.
- Work with Customer Service, Logistics, Planning and Master Planner to maintain awareness of operational issues and business initiatives.
- Updates and inputs accurate information into the Order Management reports (Sales Backlog).
- Implements process improvements, policies, and procedures relative to Order Fulfilment rules within all Order Management streams.
- Investigate and resolve data accuracy inconsistencies.
- Lead efforts to automate manual reporting systems.
- Manage collection and actions related to Order Fulfillment process KPIs.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to manipulate, cleanse and analyze large amounts of data. Ability to extract data from various data sources, analyze the information and draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Hands on experience with tools like SQL, PowerBI, etc. to extract, organize, and analyze data.
- Passionate about problem solving and business process alignment.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP system is required. Oracle experience is a plus.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in shipping, order fulfillment, logistics or supply chain roles or projects.
- Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain (product planning, demand planning, supply planning) is preferred.
Physical Demands
Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations. Employee is able to work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time.
Work Environment
Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting but may also be visiting different manufacturing facilities where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in the office and elevated levels of noise on the plant floor.
