Summary:

Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing email inquiries to the appropriate department.

Primary Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine nature and purpose of visit, notify appropriate Instrumart contact
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails
• Order tracking/shipment status updates

• Ability and comfort working with computer applications- ample amount of time spent working in NetSuite
• Capacity to work with Instrumart's telecommunications system, DialPad
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers
• Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity
• Active listener- giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• High levels of dependability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments at Instrumart

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software
• Experience using a cloud-based telephone system
• Experience with sharing a workload while working as part of a team
• Experience working in an open office environment
