Order Management - Contractor - L2 from Innova Solutions

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Order Management.



Position Type: Full-time-Contract, Temp to Direct.

Duration: 05 Months

Location: Rochester, NY 14610 (Onsite)



As an Order Management, you will:

• Works directly with customers to determine delivery and contract requirements while preparing quotations for their products and services.
• Interpret government contracts and purchase orders for compliance and requirements and is responsible for accurate translation to sales order.
• Review Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to determine legal compliance in the areas of quality, payment terms, price, delivery and packaging for contracts.
• Understand, communicate, and mitigate risk of delayed shipments due to incomplete order processing requirements to both external and internal customers.
• This role will be responsible for directing and managing the processing of quotes and sales orders including Review Request for Proposal/Request of Quotation (RFP/RFQ's) to determine ultimate end-user compliance with export regulations and pricing policy.

• Ability to work with a large variety of internal departments
• Able to display strong leadership qualities
• Strong communication skills among various groups

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior working experience
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Responsible for accurate translation to sales order.
• Review Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to determine legal compliance in the areas of quality, payment terms, price, delivery and packaging for contracts.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $45 per hour.



*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
