- Order Management Coordinator
- Knowledge Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, 2 + years International Business
- This position interfaces with regional planners for delivery creation when needed, allocation requests and modification on sales orders.
- In addition to handling regional planner's request, it will support export specialist team with KPI's and backup desk, it will interact with main GLPs and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Responsibilities: Each responsibility is a grouping of tasks/duties. Do not create a list of individual tasks. Generally, each position has 4 to 6 responsibilities. See the Guidance Document for examples of responsibilities.
- Accurately process all planners' orders (run deliveries, actinal text,
- Reports: Run KPI reports in SAP
- Track missing data or confirm on board shipments
- Support regional planners with allocation requests, modification on sales orders, and delivery creation (transitional work process)
- Plans, coordinates, and optimizes deliveries in TMS/SAP/JDE
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions
- Resolve discrepancies, mitigate risks and implement process improvements
- Provides information to regions regarding order status, product availability, product information
- Supports Client's transactional claim process with 3rd party claim company to increase global visibility and increase claim recovery
- Attention to detail.
