PolySource provides Engineered Plastic Resin Solutions. We know the disciplines of plastic design, tooling design, troubleshooting and material selection, striving to be an extension of any Engineering department. We are looking for an Order Management Leader to support our sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support.
More About the Position:
Here's a sampling of what you might encounter on an average day, but as with any other business, our needs evolve daily.
- Responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support.
- Completes orders in a timely fashion and follows up with customers.
- Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Receive new orders via phone or email.
- Acknowledge or confirm receipt of order with customer & sales representative and enter into NetSuite ERP.
- Check pricing and availability of material(s). If material is not in stock, obtain current pricing from vendor and submit purchase order.
- Ship order to meet customer requested delivery date. Gather freight rates, create packing list, bill of lading, print certificate of analysis, and provide documents to shipping location.
- Provide bill of lading with pro number to Warehouse Quote.
- Track shipments daily and provide delivery time updates to customers.
- Invoice customers.
- Provide MSDS, CoA's, Data Sheets, Processing Sheets, RoHS & REACH documents as requested.
- File & track freight claims as necessary.
- Ship out samples of material.
- Responsible for updating of customer records in NetSuite.
- Attend regular, weekly office staff meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Skills You Need to Bring With You:
- 2 years progressive customer service experience.
- Prioritization skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Multi-task.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent sense of priorities.
- NetSuite, or similar software experience required.
