Primary job duties of the open position and the day-to-day responsibilities
Manage calls coming in from external customers, answering emails, focused on accounts BWC - ace accounts (customer that own their own stores), need to be trained to handle top tier customers (ex: lowe's & Home Depot)
MUST HAVE:
Detail oriented
Working directly with customer
Knowledge of SAP
This role will provide order management coverage for Menards, Brokers, Wholesalers, and Co-Op retail customers.
Position Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Reviewing & process sales orders following business guidelines including but not limited to new order generation, releasing orders to distribution centers, and escalating order issues to appropriate retail team members
" Run and Maintain and reporting to assist in appropriate order prioritization
" Develop and Manage trade show special buy best practices from pricing to fulfillment
" Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, and IT teams to assist with ad hoc support/questions related to order management
" Attend and actively participates in departmental meetings and calls

" Strong verbal & written communication skills
" Experience in a high volume & task-oriented environment
" Self-driven with a positive attitude
" Customer-centric view in discussing customer internally and externally
" Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook and Power BI
" Preferred knowledge of SAP
