The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the order management team. Ensure that all customer orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered accurately and on-time. Works closely with other departments, sales, supply chain, and distribution to resolve issues, address departmental constraints and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise order management team to ensure high performance.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from order to delivery.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to order processing.
- Identify inefficiencies in order management processes and implement improvements to enhance speed to shelf, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze KPI reports, such as order accuracy, processing times, fill rate, and internal/external customer satisfaction. Report out to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Must have a high sense of urgency to complete projects timely and efficiently.
- Provide coaching and assistance to order management team on an on-going basis.
- Oversee the use and accuracy of order management tools and systems, such as Oracle and Incorta.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience, related to account management.
Other:
- Competent in entire MS Office suite and specifically
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
- Comfortable with an Oracle system
- Works very well under time deadlines and pressure
- Keeps detailed and accurate records and is highly organized
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises order management team.

Physical Demands:
- Limited domestic travel
- Occasional site visits to warehouse
- Some lifting of 50 lbs. or less may be required from time to time
