Ordering Administrator - Mad City Windows and Baths

Mad City Windows and Baths (A division of Renuity) is hiring a Ordering Administrator to join our Ordering Department in Madison, WI.  If you are dedicated and hardworking and you are looking for a career opportunity where you can grow and be developed, don't wait! What You'll Do:

• Obtain field measurement documents and pictures, compared to what is on the contract to create all customer orders on a per job basis
• Process all customer orders through company and vendor databases and websites
• Confirm order accuracy with vendors and verify if certain materials can be ordered through an inventory system

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years experience with Ordering or Purchasing is required
• A minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Suite - Office, Word, Excel
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
